Probably it's gonna be closer to 1 pop in 2 weeks or 2 pops in 5 weeks, but it still should be better than 1 pop in 3 weeks.

This is some simulation I did with my script basing on CP. (not sure if I didn't mess something up). Values in [ ] is how much each training affects skill (how much skill points it adds). Simulation was done with coach level 4.
It looks like he should be getting 0.4+ with each training which is 2 skills in 5 weeks or 1.5~ skill in 3 weeks. Depending on his sub-level it might be even 2 pops in 3 weeks.

Hey guys. I have a question. In Sum of Team Ratings there are two columns of the sum of those ratings. In the firs one (from the left) the sum is little lower, in the second one it's little higher. Whats the difference between them? Would appreciate your answers

First one is rounded down to sublevels of rating shown by BB. Second one shows an exact sum of calculated ratings.
