no idea but there is a potential calculator somewhere

just post his skills & ill tell u ;) lol

this is a repost about xie

here is my example of training an old guy

Xie Guanzheng (11323951) Shooting Guard Weekly salary: $ 61 677 Age: 27 Height: 6'2" / 188 cm Potential: MVP

thanks everyone told me to stop training him but i just dont think anyone had actually trained an old player before

it isnt as bad as everyone says

if an 18 yo gets 12 pops a season that is great

but if a 26-7 yo gets 4 pops a season that is taking things from wondrous 2 marvellous that is even better - xie has had js, jr, dr and stam this season (maybe stamina doesnt count) and has 6 pops last season (js, od, ha, dr, pa and id) and there are still a few weeks left 2 get the od pop - had 4 weeks of pressure without a pop, this week could be the 1!

its even better 2 see that the js & dr have popped twice at ages 26 and 27 so i can see how slow it is
13/5 od - popped
20/5 pa
27/5 pa
3/6 trained pa & dr popped
10/6 js
17/6 js popped js
24/6 js
1/7 js
8/7 od
15/7 od
22/7 js
29/7 js
5/8 js popped js so 5 weeks to get that js pop (about 40% of the speed of a young guy)
12/8 1on1
19/8 1on1
26/8 od
2/9 1on1 popped dr so a bit hard to say but 3 week 1on1 & 7 weeks js for the dr pop (looks like about 30% of the speed of a young guy)
9/9 od
16/9 stamina
23/9 js
30/9 js

after that was written

7/10 od - popped 5 weeks of training after the last od pop

all this was single pos where possible with a lev 6 trainer

so @ age 26 & 27 he had 2 pops in each of js, dr & od

& the very next week

10/14/2011 Passing for PG
Xie Guanzheng ↑popped↑ in Handling from wow to OFMG.

maybe a handling pop isnt the most exciting but when u r 27 u take whateva thrills u can get :P

i thought i went through this already this season but i cant so ill do it again

the 28 week training history shows xie has had the following pops
js 2
jr 1
od 2
ha 2
dr 2
pa 1
id 1
st 1

thats 12 pops at age 26-7 making him a much better player forever

a later post

and by the way i stopped single pos training him @ age 28

but i did a lot of 2 pos training where he still got mins

10/21/2011 One on One for PG / SG - trained nothing
10/28/2011 Rebounding for C / PF - trained nothing
11/4/2011 One on One for PG / SG- trained nothing
11/11/2011 One on One for PG / SG - trained nothing
11/18/2011 Pressure for PG - didn't train for 1st time since season 10 :(
11/25/2011 Pressure for PG - dindt train
12/2/2011 Outside Shooting for SG - didnt train
12/9/2011 Passing for PG - didnt train
12/16/2011 Jump Shot for Wingmen Xie Guanzheng ↑popped↑ in Jump Shot from OFMG to you must be kidding me.
12/23/2011 One on One for PG / SG Xie Guanzheng ↑popped↑ in Driving from hot to sexy.

thats the 3rd js & dr pops @ ages 26-28

u can do it!

mostly been single pos since so not much training & no pops, if he gets a pop @ age 29 ill post it

hahahah interesting... so there is still some hope that there are pops!! albeit VERY slow... I've also only got a level 5 trainer, i guess it pays to have a level 6!
I think i'll pass on posting his skills... not that it matters anyways, Xie has Vulcan covered!!

Gday guys, just got back from the states yesterday, LA and Vegas, for the first time. I loved it all, went to one game Lakers v Nets about 10 rows from the front, loved it, Lakers were up by 1 with about 15 seconds left and Kobe nailed a three from about 2 metres behaind the 3pt line to ice the game, atmosphere was amazing. Got married to my mrs in vegas, left the kids home (too little) and had a ball. Shoes are so cheap over there i bought 4 pairs for less than half the price of here and models you cant buy here. Me and the mrs spent probably about 8 grand excudling airfares and the wedding, so we lived it up pretty much the whole time.

Anyway, good to see still a bit going with trading players and whatnot, good luck to everyone

The land of the dollar and the home of the worlds most prisons. Welcome back.

This league is very confusing. I thought Adam guns and The Players were very strong but now they look beatable. There seem to only be 4-5 teams still in the race or will more slip out of the shadows at the last minute NKVD style?

Second Team:
The Perth Players
I simply made a decision part way into the season to focus on trainng new talent which means i won't be a contender for a number of seasons I may struggle to stay in this league.

He is simply replacing the pg I lost last week. He isn't much better considering i had a 50k pg with a full season of single position training...

8k was spending money, all up cost about 14-15k, for 2-1/2 weeks, but worth every penny.

I wanted to see the mamba come through in the clutch, so i was very happy when he did
