no, where did ypu get that idea from? If it is a new team that didnt do anything illegal yet, it shouldnt be banned. Unless of course it is 100% obvious it is from the same IP by the same person

i am pretty sure he got banned for past actions. How is that getting away with it? Anyway, that discussion doesnt have sense because its up to GMs to decide if its the same person and what to do about, and in this topic it can be considered a spam
