While I can see the possible uses of a transfer request thread, as of now please use the Transfer Market search to find the players you need.

For things like that I opened a Federation few weeks ago, but it doesnt seem that it is so popular. I know that it isn't a help for you since you are not a upporter right now but I just wanted to let you know that I would agree that a thread like this would be useful. However I think it is almost impossible to add something like that for all users because it would need lots of controls and I guess if everybody is able to write his own search message you will see too much messages to read all of them regularly.
