The main problem for me at the moment with staff, that there is not transfer history like it's for players.

this is my idea ...ok we have assistant coaches to hire as staff members and if we show up at the match viwer than we can coach ourselves and if we dont show up than our assistant manager will coach based on his skill level ive seen my players barely play when i set them as starter and stupid subsitutions resultng in lost games could this be implented in the future

No, this cannot happen - all games are simulated in the 15 minutes before they are displayed.
