I think the question was relating to seconday training ie does training rebounding help ID more then training ID helps rebounding. If ID doesn't improve rebounding i think u answered it. Although is ID a secondary skill of training Rebounding can't remember?

So rebounding doesn't have any secondaries?

It does have secondaries (every training has secondaries except FT/Stamina).
Rebounding has secondaries of Inside Shot and Inside Defense.

So if my training plan says ID and then rebounds, is better to train rebounds 1st to help my ID too? rather ID 1st?

In a true rotation, it probably doesn't matter which one you do first... assuming you plan on training both this season.

Itis. I actually for many weeks i will focus on those 2 skills, couz my IS is really ahead from the other 2

doesnt matter. just rotate them around to keep those skills at about the same level.
