Ray,
I could only advise you to pay more attention to the game shape.
You have only two guys with a good GS. The rest is...well, not too good.
We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

OK, how many minutes can each player play before crashing? I only have 12 players, and trying to do five-man training. I need to get them all minutes, but I am not looking to embarass myself, wither.

60-70 minutes is ideal.
If you don't want to embarrass yourself then you should stop doing five man training.

I have a similar problem: my PG typically plays the entire 1st quarter and usually the first 6 minutes of the 2nd quarter before the coach takes him out (16-18 minutes straight PT). He starts out on fire but by the 2nd quarter and the rest of the game almost ineffective.
Last game 19 pts 1st quarter, 10 pts the rest of the way, most of it on FT's.
Stamina is average and GS is strong, and i have different backup for PG and SG

I am training 2 positions 5 players, and i have sure 48 min at least for 4 players, and 48 or not less than 35 for the 5th 1, so its relative easy to do it.
