In fact the problem is elsewhere. What happened: the first two players got injured and were shown red but are now healthy - no problem here. But the third player got injured at aprox. 27:30 (8:33 left from the third quarter), but he was not red.

It also happened to me, that an injured player has not been marked red and I guess that is the BUG.
