I think I got whar you mean and I agree. Example: A Greek trainer has a bonus on training Greek players. This is what you mean I guess.

Yes, the distribution of country trainers is pretty random - would provide some interest when a level 6 or 7 from one of the top countries shows up. As for right now, most people don't monitor the staff market until they really need one...

That would be another big bonus to the great BB-Countries like Italy, Espana or France.

are you sure that this would be an advantage for them, in my eyes the coaches gets an pretty random nationality and not one depending on their amount of users - so it would be an disadvantage for them.

In the end i don't see the sense of it, especially because the staff system isn't prepared for it and why you can not learn from a foreign coach?
