iWhy do the coach put worst guys to play insted of the best? he is level 10...

Your coach is NOT level 10. Nobody has a level 10 coach. I wish I could stop typing this on the forums, but here I go again: Every team in BB has the exact same coach. You have a level 10 trainer.

That aside, if you put a player as a starter, and then put him in as his own backup and reserve, you are going to have problems if he gets into foul trouble or if he gets injured. You didn't give your coach enough options for substitutes.
