DMI has to do with player ability and gameshape
when your player is 9 on gameshape, the DMI will probably be around 10 times the sallary (but that is just a rough astimation)
if you want higher DMI you should have more skilled players, how many of your players are above 5k on sallary? 6k?
when you will have some higher sallary players you will see better DMI

also note your gameshape isn't that good' so your players play either too much or too little!

DMI is heavily influenced by the gameshape. Your team suffers from pretty low/average gameshapes, which suggests you're not managing your minutes as well as possible. DMI really isn't important, but the gameshape issue (along with a decent training program) is if you wish to do well in the long run.

OK, but then how do I raise my Game Shape? What's the best range of minutes to raise that?

Game shape is calculated along with your training for the week.

Ideally you want to aim for somewhere between 50 and 65-70 minutes per week. There is a small random factor involved as well but if you can keep your players somewhere in that range of minutes played for the week then you should be fine.

hey i have a question. why is (11041487) DMI is greater than (11212444). does this mean anything?

the first player is my starter pg and the second one i bought only late this season to help me manage my minutes.
the first one salary is close to 5000 while the other one is just close to 3000. the first havent improve much because i never trained him enough. the 2nd player in slary calc. is 3000 which means that he havent been trained much either.

actually, it is not that much of a difference...

it's just that the 4k player is at the lower region of strong gameshape, and the other is at the higher sublevel probably
anyway, i wouldnt pay too much attention to that, the 4k player is probably better anyway
