Could you explain this further? I expect the more players you train the less effect it has on one player. For instance if you train 3 players and you get a 3 point bump, instead of that all going to one player it goes to three. So the same overall net change but each individual player's change is adjusted by a lower amount.

What does the type of training have to do with the players specifically?

Sorry I meant positions not players.

You stated "it depends ... wich training are you giving to the players." Can you clarify that for me?

I have a player who played exactly 48 minutes on his first game as C...

i just had a thought that in his next game i'll plan to play him again... i don't care how long will he play, even the full 48 minutes again, but, in another position (obvious choice is PF position)

will he both benefit from playing both league games in training? playing 96 minutes but 48 in each position?

He'd get full training but will suffers on gameshape if you play him more than 90 min.

no, all training recognises is the minutes played in trained positions, 48 mins + gets full training, there is no additional training for 60, 70, 80, 90+ mins - all you do is wreck his game shape

I still don't understand.

Do you mean that if I train something like Free Throws for instance I will see improvements in less days, or in other words, each week I will improve more than in other positions?

For example, playing a player the necessary minutes to reach the training level will net me 2 points in free throws and only 1 point in say jump range?

Can someone explain this more and if possible provide a link to a page showing the ideal training times/point improvements for each rating?
