I'm getting used to things here as well. But I'm not so patient to wait for my players to get better. Though I'm training my players, I made a little money arbitraging players . . . but now I've been penalized because I'll only get 28% return on any sales of my players. So I can't really sell anyone, and had to cut some players just to reduce payroll. It's great fun, and I'm trying to resist buying bargains now, and concentrating on making my current players better!
