If you have a 100k salary player then means that you can sale him for 4M+ (considering that he is well trained, not 1 skill 20 and other at 10). With that money you will be able to buy 2-3 very good players for your team, and have some money to expand your arena. Having a great player its never a problem. You always have the chance to sell him and make a good profit from him. Also on your division you dont need 1 monster, rather many semi decent to decent players.

considering that he is well trained

except that his not for his age, he could have been well past 100 k by now if trained well.

he meant balanced with it, and i won't critize him because he get the player with 19 and not for a full season - and 40k for a 20 year old is good in my eyes and a sign that he take care of him.(even in your definition of well trained)

Yeap i meant balanced. I made an explanation. Also that player can be trained for 2-3 seasons more without serious drop on his training speed. From 40k salary to go on 100k is just 7-8 pop ups on his primary skills. Very reasonable number even if he is training 2 positions.

even if balanced what i said is still true, the player if trained properly from when 1st drafted would still be well past where he is now, so i really think the ball for the post is stupid.

i didnt mean to critisize the current owner of the player, i was just noting that the player could have been much more, and noted that the owner was running him off his feet.

first of all i have nothing to do with your one ball, but this player wasn't even drafted ;)

So critize players for weak training, because they get the player with 19 and few days, instead of 18 - and don't forget there are also a lot of good trainees drafted with nineteen, this dude is way of average as a trainee in my eyes and not weak.

your misunderstanding what im saying.

im saying he could have been much better if trained properly from the time he was drafted by previous owners not just current ones.

im not saying his not a great player at all.

i didnt mean that you one balled my post , just that it was stupid as i spoke the truth.

and lastly i was not critizing anyone.

Dude... the player was not drafted. He was one of the original players for that team, and if you check his previous games, he started in Season 9, when the player was 19. I'm not sure how one can train a player effectively if that player doesn't yet exist.

Whatever you do, don't forget to give him some breaks, even through assigning him as a sub here and there. "Inept" game shape really hurts his performance.

Moneywise, 40k salary for 100k DMI is a waste of your money. My 24k forward does have 240k DMI because his "proficient" GS, and I pay just 7-10k to 70-80k DMI players. Thus, you really have to control weekly minutes better.
