I would work on his secondaries at this point... His handling definitely needs to be improved... Same with driving and passing so getting them to respectable would be great.... Then get the JS up to strong and maybe jump range to respectable. Then just upgrade his Inside stuff.

Hope this helps......

I Am planning to work on his ouside skills now... The only problem is that I don't know which skill to focus on... He is terrible at handling, so is it even worth to improve it? Or should I work only on other outside skills?

I have trained PF/C before your handling and driving are pretty low so dont bother training them, just stick to JS, IS, Reb and ID

if you really want a Pf,give him 2 or 3 levels of OD,it would be good to have a level 9 at passing but 7 is good in my opinion, after this you train JS till 10 or 11 and see if his HN and DR popped till level 4 if they dont give him some HN or DR training

and then train his inside skills

you should remember that his height is good to train the secondaries but he wont pop fast like some other guys both in his inside and his outside training

I think he can become a really good player for your team but he wont make a world class PF,

It seems that you know what you are talking about, so I will take your advise about training my PF... I Am planning to train my PF in inside and outside skills. I have a coach level 6...
I still have few question, though...

1. Is OD very important for PF?
2. I have seen a lot of PFs with high HN... Is it even worth to improve my HN, because it's so low? Or should I rather improve other outside skills instead?
3. What height does PF have to be, to become a world class player? And do you really think that the height affects his training that much?

Thanks for your time,
Luka...

2.03 cm is not that tall,i have a 2.08 PF with 10 in OD but he plays as a SF

and if I'm not wrong there are some very good SF tall enough to be PF with high OD

actually I dont think the OD in your case is necessary because a pop will take 3 or 4 weeks, but the "ideal" PF in most people opinion need to have at least 6 in OD,thats why I said the" if you really want"

about the HN I dont think you should do the HN training but instead the DR and JS ( look at the training speed analysis topic to see what secondaries each training has)

I think that you can make a good ofensive PF and if you have a C with better OD you can trade they're defensive positions

and a world class for me is a NT player, because of your players height I think some other players born with the same inside skilsl with better secondaries and taller will have advantage in training, but he can be a star in a lot of Div.1 teams (like mine for example) if well trained
