It's impossible to determine how many pops makes a good season without knowing in what skills those pops are coming. If you have 10 pops, but eight are in handling and driving, that's not really a good season. If you have 10 pops, with three in jump shot, two in jump range, and five in outside defense, that's a good season.

i would love to see people post how many and what pops they got in a season

it is easy for me to see because I am a supporter

you 10-12 pop guys are killing me but we do have a couple of weeks left so maybe this would be even better at the end of the season but for now lets compare and i will edit this at the end of the season

level 5 trainer

21 year old JS JR 2x OD, HA, 2x DR & 2xPA = 9
19 year old (injured twice this sucks) OD, PA, ST, JS, HA, DR =6
20 year old JR, OD, HA, PA, ID, DR = 6
21 year old 2x JS, OD, 2x HA, 2x DR, PA, ST = 9

19 year old (not 48 each week and too tall) JS, DR, PA, ST =4 and now sold because i finally got sick of his lazy ways
Melbourne Goldfish has just sold Ariel Feldman for $ 416 200.

i guess my training just sucks but i really cant say why

updated with recent pops and again

and to the next post yes two pos training all season except one week of stamina

Well, 10-12 ups will be the reference for 1 position training, or not?

I'm training PG/SG this season for 6 players with a lvl 5 coach. So far I have 2 guys with 6 ups, 3 with 5 and 1 with 4.

Except for maybe 2 exceptions they always had =>48 minutes per week.

They're between 18 and 22 years old.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Well my training has been a big mess this season with players coming and going like crazy. Been doing 2 position training with a level 5 trainer but I can only say with confidence that three players have been trained 48+ every week.

Vallo Tammela 6'2" 20 year old allstar 3 pops OD, JS and Sta. Unimpressive!
Kent Masters 6'7" (my draft pick so I can't help the height but at least he isn't 7'7") 19 year old perennial allstar 6 pops JS, JR, OD, Han, Dr and Sta. Much better.
Oliver Ðuričko 6'3" 19 year old allstar6 pops JS, JR, 2x OD, Han and Sta. Awesome!

Mostly trained but has to play SF in important matches so not 48+ each week.
Mo Ruoqing 6'3" 21 year old allstar 5 pops JS, JR, OD, Dr and Sta. Seems ok.

So except for Vallo who must be partially brain dead about 6 pops so far.

I have had a few guys in past seasons get between8 and 10 pops. That was while training guards I have now switched to training inside skills as I am looking to create a great SF/PF.

My best player has had an outstanding season for pops. He is 20 with Hall of Famer potential and being trained by a level 5 trainer. Here are his pops:

JS- +1 (he will get another pop here from IS training)
OD- +1
IS- +5 (should get atleast one more pop here)
ID- +1 (will get another pop here from IS. At 8 weeks sub training)
REB- +1
Stam- +1

So he has 10 pops to this point and should get atleast 2 more.
