Awful Outside Defense and poor passing, driving and Range... I wouldn't but..

I've seen some short C's on the TL with pretty good inside skills, but I don't know how long it took to train them. I would try and sell him 'cause it would be too much of an effort to make his outside skills decent

Selling him is the best option

outside skills are too low to train

Inside skills will train slowly due to height.
