In the past i use to do 2 position training and the results were pretty good then switch to one position for maximum effect.
Now I'm training stamina because you train one week of stamina a season your players will remain on the same stamina level because every season all players lose one lvl(this is a conclusion i cam at during last seasons and i think i've seen something posted somewhere about this so this can also be wrong).So i get one week in the ASB and one at the end of the season + maybe one week of FT in the last week.
