Ya I agree with JV. Single training would be the way to go. I would stick with Souza, Phillips and get another 18 year old at the start of next season. While playing Hempel at SG and the other 3 at PG. Then keep Barbosa or Lagomarsini as a back up SG or sell them or other players and get a stronger back up or starter. I disagree with the above advice. Buy/draft some more under 21 players and two position train. I feel like I financially wrecked (or at least set back) my team by one position training some questionable prospects early on. Two position training generates more income and depth which are the keys early on in the game (unless you have some sort of spectacular prospect who is looking like he might be a u21 or NT player).
