Even if you can´t see a pop up, skills are increased by training, e.g. your player has 7 at OD you won´t see a pop up until 8 but it increases 7.2, 7.5, 7.7, etc. (hidden sublevels)
So, if you continue training it next season it ´ll pop up.

thanks a lot. because i thought if the next season starts its also going to be reset.
