but also, are the same tiebreakers used as for playoffs (i.e. forfeits, point diff, points scored)?

thanks. and is 11th good? here is the list of the teams in my league and when they were last on. if any one would tell me what the likely hood i will get a good player is that would be great. thanks a bunch

There's a lot of randomness to it, but the absolute worse you could do is getting your 11th ranked player in round 1. I doubt that is too likely to happen though. Last season I had the 15th pick in my DV league and managed to get my 2nd ranked player in the first round, my 5th ranked player in the 2nd and my 11th ranked player in the 3rd.

hahaha sweet man. thanks for that. and yeah i do hope i get a good player for D IV that i can train up to be good, or at least one i can sell to buy a good player. btw good luck in ur draft
