LA-Phenomenal ,

since you are pointed LA, there was a heavy job in LA. do you have extra time to manage NT since we still have a lot of LA task haven finish.....?

We currently have 4 LAs, and the past week I have been finishing up as much as possible.

I can handle both jobs just fine I reckon.

what is your planning for selecting NT roster?
what is your target for this season?
in your opinion, what tactic is suitable for our NT?

First, your question is kind of off.
After doing my research these players on the current NT Roster are currently the best available Malaysians. If, I do get the job I will most definitely have to stick with these players. I can't just overhaul the whole system immediately.

Because so far our system have not been developed well from the grassroots, you can see the players are not developed up to their maximum potential or many a good young player with MVP,Hall of Famer or All-Time Great go undeveloped.
My planning for the moment is to definitely start from the grassroots. Thats why i have pointed out that I will work closely with the U21 Manager. Its just a normal system of succession from U21s, the player moves and develop to the senior NT.

Target you ask. And for the current season you say. Okay, with the current roster that have been trained over the last few seasons, not far. But what I'm proposing is to get a better player development system in our country. My system is to immediately train the younger players and this will take a few seasons, so results can't be seen immediately. So if I'm elected do not expect immediate results, no one Manager can immediately transform an average team into world beaters in one season.

Tactic. Mind you it also depends on what our opponents' tendencies are. Having a look at this roster we currently have, I'd say Motion or Push The Ball.

If I may put forward my 2 cents on the issue.

I disagree with the point that our system has not developed well from the grassroots. Every season, I see familiar names within the MBBA scouring the TL for potential local draftees. How many young players with MVP, HoF or ATG go on the Transfer List and remain undeveloped? In the past couple of seasons, zero. Not one. Every single player with good potential are snapped up on the TL and trained. However, why are there these good potential players that go untrained? The answer is they never made it to the TL.

The problem we are grappling now isn't having an undeveloped youth system, but rather too little active players. Our country gets one, maybe 2, great draftees every season. The problem? They usually go to inactive players, or to players who just hang on to them not knowing what to do. What do you do when every mail you send to them remains unreplied and the weeks slip by as you watch another player go down the drain. Quite frankly, there's nothing we can do. One example is my current trainee, who wasted half a season of training as an 18 year old because his manager was inactive. Our U21 manager put him on the NT, and once the owner went bot, I plucked him from the TL for a hefty price.

Our only solution is to increase our user base. Get more active managers in who are willing to row the boat. Expand the pool of people who are drafting players and training them.

However, this is more into the U21 manager's territory than the NT. Now, on to the job of NT manager.

As a potential manager of the NT which only fully developed players qualify, I have only one yardstick which to convince me that you are the man to do the job. Anything else is a bonus. And that is the ability to get the most out of whatever squad you have.

My only request, is show me a match in which you have played in against preferably superior opposition in which you used tactics to maximum effect.

In your last line, youre asking me for an example of a match if which I used tactics to a maximum effect

Can you clearly specify what does using tactics to a maximum effect mean?

Obviously its very vague and if in that sense you mean winning a match against superior opposition,it is one which is very difficult to ascertain.
I may have played the match with the right tactics or "maximum effect" using your lines but still lose as the opposition take example the teams in MBBA have high end salary players. My team unfortunately have not reached such scales in salary terms as I did not start playing this game as early as the MBBA frontrunners.

You can't be saying if I lost the match I did not use the right tactics. Other factors have to be taken into consideration.
