I think you are right...on top of that, some people i have showed the game to, and spoke to about the game, think I am crazy for being so into something that has no action on the screen. They don't seem to understand how detailed and how much action there really is without getting into it.

I personally feel like the BB creators snuck into my brain somehow and created a game that is perfect for me!! That said, what I know now, and understand now, is light years ahead of what I knew and understood of this game when I first started. So for some, that this game may not be a perfect fit for, they won't try it long enough to fully understand it,and get hooked, which is a shame.

I think a feature that would help new people (and older users too!) would be a reminder to set your lineup before games. Like maybe sign up to receive a text 1-2 hours before the game. Just something to make the game easier.

We had two teams go bot in the last two weeks in our DIV league, and same thing, new owners. Personally, I wouldnt like that at all! First, I would want to earn my promotion, and second, they have no chance competing with brand new start up rosters. The average payroll in my league is 140K. There are two players in my league whose weekly salary is nearly as much as these teams entire roster!!

I played one of these former bot teams on Saturday and won 107-41. My payroll is only 88k, can only imagine what happens when they play the guy who has 200K payroll :-(

Like I've seen on a lot of other online games...

Many Europeans like the strategy games...

Quite possibly also we have better game development here, which draws attention away from these formats. Doubt there are as many devoted game systems in the world as we have in the USA.

The Americans i see mostly have less time devoted. I think there is much more demand to do other things here. There is always all these expectations. Europeans seem to enjoy somewhat more time off.

Yeah i agree it's going down. Like for me this is my second full season and I will hopefully promote but I was a pretty slow learner. If you don't check the forums or ask anyone for help people probably could be in V for 3 to 4 seasons then get bored. Luckily I knew some people so it helped me want to stay. I had convinced two of my friends to sign up and 1 logged on once and the other qui after a week. But that's what I think...

Yeah...all my friends talk about shooting people and robbing trains in Red Dead Redemption, but a game like this just isn't of interest to them. Maybe the BB's can implement a Grand Theft BuzzerBeater game engine to spice things up a little. :-)
