Well, take in mind that in FIBA games we have games of 40 minutes, whereas in BB we have games of 48 minutes.
Maybe you should compare it with NBA games to see if there is a big difference

And often FIBA games are close matches with few shot,so also the number of rebound is lower than usuale

more or else it's 42-43 rebounds a game in the NBA. It never crossed my mind to compare BB rebounds to NBA and i dont have BB rebounds stats .. maybe someone can give us that piece of info to judge.
Also you have to discount the Blockshots that translate into Rebounds where as in real basketball it translates to simply blockshots or blockshot + turn over.

I think, in general, shooting percentages are lower in BB leading to more missed shots and rebounds. Of course, the 40 minutes game is shorter than NBA/BB standards too.

too many rebounds
not enough assists
not enough blocks

GE is not perfect, I think we will see some tweaks in the future...

Forgot to comment... It's actually also rare to see NBA games with more than 55 rpg....

I agree, even not enough layups, backdoors, etc.

It seems to me that the shooting percentages in BB are lower than in the NBA. This is a direct result of many BB teams training defense to a higher team skill than you would see in most leagues all over the world. If you want less rebounds than play slower offenses, train less defense, and teach your boys to shoot better.

What...the NBA doesn't promote defense? Get out of here!
