im still of the thought that exp is based on quality of mins rather then quantity of mins.

After all in that 2007 quote BB-Forrest mentioned something like "the playing field is not necessarily even".

Perhaps he just meant his shabby 11644-capacity arena needed a new floor.

I believe yes, BUT this wasn't the case in the past the current 28 player+ was crearted with random starting XP(maybe even with strong starting Xp but for sure they could have respectable)

The starting XP of older player could be higher, and maybe even faster then natural growth.

I'm wondering whether will a strong experience player played extremely better than an inept experience player.

For example like their points in a game, will a strong experience player field goal be 15-19, and 5-19 field goal for the inept player?

Another question if experience is that important in this game, will letting a player played for every game in a game(3 full game(2 league+1 cup/scrimmage)/144 minutes) experience a better increase in experience level than letting the player played for only 48 minutes per week?

I think the player with strong experience will play much better, especially in end of game situations where scores are close.
Probably not as drastic as 5-19 and 15-19 though.

I think that it isn't good to play 144 minutes a week because it dramatically increases chance of injury. And if you get injured for 2 weeks, that is 288 minutes that you miss out on using your method. So I think over the long term the experience will be about the same.

you should avoid the scrimmages with your tactic(low experience raise, but still chanche to get injured), but don't forget about gameshape when you have serious competion.

Sorry for not stating my message properly, actually I wanted to ignore everything else and just focus on experience alone.

I wanted to know how important experience is in this game, and since most mentioned that it is not worth it to improve experience alone in expense of training and gameshape, I may guess that experience difference is not far from gameshape, am I right?
