I kept writing things and then deleting them for fear of giving away my strategy haha. I will say that it should be a heck of a playoff, anything can happen and wouldn't surprise me.

My trained monkey says That's What She Says over Ginger Balls. My trained monkey also thinks the Detroit Lions will win at least 6 games, too, so I don't always believe him. But That's What She Says is what he says, so I say, too. I also think the Chicago Bull will be the team to beat this year, so you shouldn't always believe me, either.

I won't speculate on the relegation match ups since I don't want to tip my hand, but I will unofficially report that I have been freely passing out steroids to all my players (except Ugo since he has his own supplier, which he and and his family have been using since they lived in East Germany). I have also replaced the Pawtucket training facility's basketballs with bags of nails (10 penny, high-grade steel) and replaced the Pawtucket cheerleaders with asthmatic sea turtles. There is no depth that I won't sink to to win these games! Just ask Scrap. Before the season opener, I secretly replaced the fine coffee they usually serve in the locker room with Folgers Crystals. Unfortunately my game shape isn’t what it might have been since I forgot to set my lineup in a scrimmage last week, so it would be quite an upset if I happen to win, but you never know.

As for predictions, I have trouble betting against the Bruins in any playoff game considering the home court and enthusiasm edge, but those semifinal matchups will be very exciting.

I can pretty much guarantee you he doesn't have an enthusiasm edge over me considering that, thanks to the Cup, I was able to TIE 3 times a week for the entire season (with a few exceptions here and there). But home court will certainly be a big problem for whoever wins our game tonight.

Random fun fact: The top 3 in our conference (Bruins, TWSS, Silverbacks) hasn't changed in order since July 17th (Game 5). Pretty crazy.

Another random fun fact: In a very early draft of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones carried brass knuckles instead of a bullwhip.

LOL. Was that from your trained monkey?
What does he say about the draft? Is it the same as that's what she said?

Wow, this thread seems to have a lot more confidence in my squad than I do. I guess after finishing in fourth so many times I'm still a little surprised to be atop the division. Home field advantage should help a lot but I am really hoping to get my best player back in the line-up asap.
