Get IS, rebounding, and ID up too prificient. Then do passing to strong, then do IS, ID and rebounding for another season.

If you need money, sell him. For that money you can buy player you like. MVP, 18 years old and 213 cm will pump up the price. If you're training inside men, keep him and train him. To be honest, he looks like he'd be a good SF after some training.

I am training big men, so I'm going to train him for a season or two before selling him, continuing to make him a PF, or training him to be an SF.

Can I get a second opinion on this? Not saying you're wrong, but there are other 18 yr olds with respectable in all big man categories, whereas my guy is inept-mediocre-average. If you are correct, is a level 4 trainer enough for this guy(I do 1 position training)?

Thnx for the help, he got his first two pops today in ID (now at average) and SB (now at strong, probably one of the first draftees to get something at that level) :)
