Give the fans a good product and the fans will come. Your seats are quite expensive. I would lower bleacher seats to about 10/11 and decrease tickets for other sections in the same manner. Just be patient. If your finances can allow it try not to sell your players especially the best ones as that may upset the fans even more thus making the process even longer.
