You have 28 players!!!!Fire all with salary under 3k, i dont see how players with 1,5-3k can help you win games!

At first I thought the OP just had some players with really high salaries, which is pretty unnecessary in DV...

But then I read this, and had to /facepalm.

Not only are players with sub $3k salaries not helping you win games, but having 28 players is actually helping you lose games. Your gameshape must be horrible.

*sigh* Sometimes I wish common sense was a trainable skill.

Listen to Super machine , super star and especially VD on what to do. Low salary players NEVER help your team win, especially when you are not playing bots. Players who don't play don't help your team win either. You should have 10-15 players on your roster(like a real basketball team) , to manage salries and trainings. To be honest your team isn't that good but there are a few nice training prospects on your team.

Check the Suggestions they are important

Ted Williams may have been a great baseball player, but he, along with 13-18 other players on your team, don't help your team win at all and hurt you in GS and financially. Train Bowie for sure, fire/sell a lot of your other players and get some new ones. A good rule of thumb is that anyone with less than a 4K salary who isn't a 18 yr old trainee isn't work keeping.

Thanks, i'll take your advice, and get rid of some players and keep my favorites. Actually we do have a good team in our league, we're one of the top 5 or 6 teams in our league. We're 3-0 and in first place in the gresat 8 i think it is.

We're also undefeated in cup and tournament games, but i'm not bragging or anything. But i'm going to get rid of some of my players that aren't playing, and trim the team down to at least 12-15 players. Thanks for the advice. I'm keeping most of my big men though, because one of my big men is a great passer.

Well that's good. Because there's certainly nothing to brag about with that team. Anyone could be 3-0 in your league without even trying. (word of caution, btw, keep playing 3-2 zone and you're going to get slaughtered when someone plays you inside) You have 19 players with salaries under $4k that quite frankly should all be fired. The lone bright spot on your roster is Forest Bowie and I'm dumbfounded he hasn't even played yet. You've wasted 2 weeks of training on that guy. Personally, I'd focus on him and just start from scratch.

Yes indeed i agree with what you said, that's certainly nothing to brag about, about the same time that you replied, i actually set some training time for Frostie. I'm training jump shot for forwards, and i'm starting Frostie at power forward. So he should get 48 minutes or something.
I fired all the bad players and kept the good ones, and now i won't continue loosing money. And actually, what you said about starting over, that's what i was donig last season, and that's why i bought lots of young players under 25, so i can rebuild this team. I don't really care about winning this year but, i'm more interested in training my young players by giving them 48 minutes in a game.
