Like Stajan said, you have quite a bit of potential trainees. Take your pick. Guards or Forwards. Pick one, 1-2 position train them. Get them 48 minutes per week. However, personally, I'd sell Thompson. He can bring in some cash that can be used for other things.

Do you mean if you should sell him or train him? At age 20, I'm not sure what value he'll have as a trainee for someone to pay top dollar for him. For the same reason, I'm not sure what value he'd have getting trained on your team. If he can provide some depth to your roster and you aren't losing out on a potentially huge transfer, I say keep him.
As for training, Masia and Clarke look like your best hopefuls. Clarke might become an issue with training since his height is pretty tall for guard skills and on the low end for big men skills, and given his salary/potential, he's a mediocre trainee at best anyway. I'd say use some cash to buy 2 more guard trainees to train alongside Masia on outside skills.
