Not difficult, just make it so there actually is some work involved in finding players.

Not all players are listed on the transfer list. Certainly those that are represent a rather small percentage.

i only posed the question since i wanted to train an irish center. i didn't want to have to go through all of the teams' rosters just to see who was on the transfer list.

as a scout for NT Belgium I can assure you that it indeed takes a lot of time to sytematically search all div I teams from all countries for players of your own nationality. ;)
As I like torturing myself I even scout all active teams from the smaller countries, but once they start having 30 teams, I just do Div I. What a job!

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
