You want it as high as you can get it. In reality, you need to check your league and try to get guys that matchup well. OD is one of the better stats for overkill though. So yeah, more is better.

Did you tell Virgil Evans owner that? I think he took it too close to heart.

I think it is the one category you want to go overboard on. The game is about scoring points and preventing points from being scored. While 50% of the game is offense which has many categories figured into it. The other 50% is defense which is controlled simply by your od/id and to a lesser extent your ability to rebound the basketball. It's pretty easy to see how od influences the game more than any other single category.

I have 6 guys higher than that and it took me 2 seasons to win d4 (assuming i win either saturday or sunday) so how are you going to get into d3 with that kind of defense..... /baffled

you would get shredded if you only had 10 for OD in my league (III.1)

Teams in my DIV league get shredded who just have 10 OD. I am both encouraged, and confused that in many DIII leagues 10 OD would be sufficient enough to hang around.

And in ours, the team that wont the title has an 18k SG and a 6k PG, so probably 10 OD at best.
