This is my 2nd draft too but I have already asked and found alot of your answers.
#1 - Bots pick Random
#2 - No, all teams have random numbers, your #1 on list could be another team's #40 before scouting
#3 - Stats show as different for each team
#4 - Im not sure if all teams see the same 4 ball player as a 4 ball
#5 - New teams start fresh, they dont get any scout info from the previous team owner. They get somewhere around 10-14 scout points for joining so late from the people I have talked to. I started right before the draft last year and started with 12 points.
