So, where will Carmelo end? I don't see him lengthen his contract in Denver. He doesn't have a lots of solution either.

Maybe he goes free agent and Denver gets nothing or works a sign and trade deal with the eventual team....

Firstly: absolutely, it's feasible. Now that the Nyets have pulled out? I'd say even probable. I am even beginning to believe that Melo IS prepared to go to FA, in the belief that he can make up the cash lost (by not signing an extension) via the bigger market NYC gives him. Endorsements in NYC/LA are far more lucrative.
