Try managing gameshape and Enthusiasm i have been TIE so far and my enthusiasm is at 10 with half my team at respectable GS and the other half Strong which is a very important thing to have try to not over play ur starters and maybe get better players im 2-1 so far so dont get discouraged if u lose a TIE game because ur team will play better next game
