train OD once, and then continue training JS for this season. Train the 20yo in inside skills next season, and look out for some trainees to train with him.

oh, and what are their potentials?

for a U21 SF or small country SF, it's probably good enough. Plus, he'll be very good for your team.

O...God.......I have to buy some inside trainees~.~ i just get rid of my inside trainees 2 wks ago...And i have to train inside next sesson again~.~ Should i buy some expensive trainees?

it's not that bad. you can try to get some out of your draft, if you think you'll get a nice pick. look out for some young ones directly after the draft, there might be cheap good trainees around.
