wwooooooooooooosh (the sound of you missing the point of my post)

Clearly you don't know what's happening in my draft, but would it not be interesting to compile data on the accuracy of the scouting combine? If we got a large sample (say 100 teams), we could determine the value of the scouting combine. Wouldn't you want to know if only 1 in a 100 players with 5 gray balls actually had 5* ratings? Wouldn't that make you less likely to invest in the combine?

Exactly. How do we know if the combine was right or wrong?
You can only compare that with your league mates.
The grey balls are just in there for the lulz and shouldn't even be taken into account really.
They probably have what? 1% to be correct?

If the gray balls have zero predictive value, why do we pay 10 points for a scouting combine?

By the way, are you sure they don't have predictive value? Can you point me to a thread with statistical evidence supporting this claim?

We can use this thread to find out then can't we?
I could also just ask Naker.
You pay the points to get the values?

probadly for seeing which player is still 18, and which players have the right size for your training?

And yes i wouldn't recommend it for teams who didn't plan to invest a lot in the draft, for people who didn't pay much i would recommend the group demonstration.

(The combine also gives you the possibility to gamble with the potential only which are 2 points less invested on the interview - because for me the age have the higher priority)
