you could try Motion, Princeton, Run and Gun, Patience or Outside Iso, depending on the strengths of your SG and your team. All of these will give your guards a lot of shots.

and if he don#t take a shot, it is just because a other player got a better one. Push the ball, is also a tactic, which etablished missmatched quite well.

I have played patient when i was playing only one decent player and he got a high percentage of the shots - way more than he does in other offences.
