Sorry to break it to you but the player you linked isn't NT worthy because of his 6th man potential. You can train a 6th man player to become a star in Division Five(your division) or even D.IV which should be enough for your team but he won't ever become a NT caliber player. As far as training goes, set what specific skills and what position you want to train and make sure those players you are training get at least 48 minutes of playing time(including scrimmages) for the week. Training updates occur on every Friday. Also make sure you buy a good trainer lvl 3 or 4(competent or advanced). I suggest you train your 18 yr olds you just drafted

uhm... we don't know what they look like skillwise, and we don't know what your targets for them are. We pretty much can't tell.

dont train him , pick up a 18 yr old with atleast allstar potential for cheap from the tl.

training a 6th man is a waste of time

How many seasons will it take to reach DIII? Let's say 4-5. I would keep him and train him.
If you just train his OD and JS(forwards), you can sell him at the end of the season for good $$$ already or just leave him on the team and find better players to train.
