So now to your questions:

1.) I think it helps in all areas, and maybe a old Center without handling won't put the ball on the floor that often because XP is a lot about decision making but should also give the player a boost in clutch situations.

2.) less fouls maybe, but i am pretty sure that the chanche of injury is the same.

I don't know about experience helping with fouls... I've got a guy with 10 in experience who's been ranked #1 in my league and division in fouls for the last few seasons. (Currently #129 in the world for PF/48.) I'd hate to think what he would've been like as a less experienced player if this is him being smarter about fouls!

In your case, I am just thinking if his experience still not high enough to overcome his 'agressiveness'. As you said, he is an 'agressive' one throughout (commit alot of fouls) his career.

For example, I have a player with OD at 19 and ID at 12 but with an experience level of 2. He still committed 5 fouls from his most recent game. Is he being too agressive or because of the tactc (Look inside), I am not sure...
