i vote for passing, driving and is made in my eyes just small impact on scoring.

it depends on opponent defense match up

if ur front court player got neturalize, the gurad may try to score then IS/DR become useful

if it help to get the ball inside to the front court players then PA is more useful

the first one, because passing is important to get the ball to your big men.
