When I started I was given 10-15 scouting points and that was just season 15. Unless they changed things, are you sure you don't have some scouting points?

If I'm not mistaken, I believe they give you 1 scouting point for every week that has passed during the season....or something fairly close to that.

The guy that didn't get any points said he joined 2 months ago or so, which means it was probably towards the beginning of the season and could support this theory if it was created within the first week. Just a thought.
