Somebody posted it from out of the manual a few days ago with a similar question.
I found it:
Team Training (specific skills)
Description: This is the option to train every position in a specific skill (Let’s say jump shot) which is not to be confused with the team training option on the training type drop down list that offers you the option to train stamina, free throws or game shape. To put it very simply, never ever use this training option. It is extremely slow for all players involved and is a very ineffective way to train.
Max players that can be trained in a week: 15
Of course now that I read it myself, it clearly doesn't include stamina and free-throws.
