You 100% sure on that?
If I wanted to do a whole season of Stamina and Free Throw Training, I could keep my minimal trainer and it would be the same as if I had a superior trainer?

Well actually I do FT STAM training when I want to switch a trainer I fire the current one and play with 2k trainer for 2 or 3 weeks then hire a new one you save a bit money doing that.

That's a clever strategy! And, also, gives you time to search without a rush.
The last time I bought a trainer, was searching for a level 5, but got a level 6 por teh same amount of money and salary! So, patience does pay.

Exactly. And since you have to pay severance fee when you buy a new trainer (severance fee equals to salary of the trainer you replaced), it's smart to fire your trainer after the training update and buy a new one after the financial update. I do that once or twice a season, because I like to buy a trainer with 40-45k salaries for small money and just replace him when he demands too much. This way I think I save more money than those who buy a 6th level 20k trainer for 1,5 million.
