In general, claiming scouting assignments in blocks of 4 leagues tends to work well. I'll keep all of the volunteering / completion information in this post here.

There are very few active teams deep in division 4, and I'll slog through those leagues. Due to tradition, I have also volunteered Rip (again) to scout the Naismith. :P If you'd like to help with scouting, just pick a league group to volunteer for, or ask me to assign you something.

Wow, that was really fast this season. It also looks like teams have already been moved into their new leagues as well, so everything is ready for scouting now (although the age change hasn't happened yet; you can tell someone is a new draftee if they have a DMI of 0).
