You have good scorers inside and out, you could play look inside/low post or run n gun/motion depending on where the other teams strengths are. If the other team is weak inside play look inside and if they are weak outside play run n gun or push the ball or something.

So i ran Look Inside last game and My Center took 12 shots and my PF ward only took 7 while my Small forward took 22 and Shooting guard took 16, but both are at least respectable passers

The best way to go is to go exploit his weakness in defense since you can score both inside and outside... scout your opponent's last 3 games' defense play and if he is weak in outside then go for RNG... weakness in inside defense gives you a go signal to play Look Inside.

I think i am going to do this, Although do you see run and gun being better then motion?

In your situation... yes, RNG is better than Motion.

Motion is slow paced... and slow offense means more quality possession for a tougher defense served at you... RNG is more of a fast paced offense and takes a short time in your possession to take shots... ideal for exploiting weak outside defense

in general i dislike playing slow against a good defense, because then you get foul trouble, while slow tactics against a weak defense find a shot quit fast but not take the first open look.
