Agree that second is likely better, unless you're running a lot of outside offense. That jump range isn't so nice. But, he does have better driving and inside shot, and should be good. The better OD is key.
But the question of whether either of these guys is trainable is a good one. These aren't terrible starting places for guys you have extra room to train, but I'd imagine you could find some better overall guys to add on that aren't too expensive.
