thank you all for your input.

Most week I usually manage to get 48,48,45 for 1 position.

I finally choose 1 position training. As the fourth guy poped up recently and I don't expect to train it anymore as he is 25. So I feared it would be a complete loss, I can't know for sure of course as he could as improved a secondary but it seemed unlikely looking over past weeks training.

Actually it turned pretty well, as the recent recruit and another player poped up. It's always a challenge to train new recruit as you don't know how close to the next pop they're. Especially if they are around 23-24 where a single pop could takes many weeks. Last year I had a new recruit and thought he was a little expensive, but he poped up in six different stats after one week of training in each :))

Knowing that my new recruit poped up, I now have a clearer traning schedule for the comming weeks.

I use a very successful 2 pos training model. Here it is:

League Games
2 starter PG, SG, Backup sg and back PG, backups are also the 3rd string

Scrimmage:
Back up PG and SG(from above) are listed as the Starting PG and Back up PG
SG is a another trainee and is listed in all SG roster spots

Using this system, I am able to get the 5 players 48 minutes almost every week. This works if you are having blowouts almost every league game.
