Not capped out. Even if he was, should have popped on something by now.

You can't say that for certain at all. He could have easily been capped out for some time now already, and if you did train him as you say, he's most certainly capped out. Nothing wrong there.

most likely he had an higher sub in driving then in handling, don't forget they are always trained with a pretty similiar speed.

Actually I have been tracking them & he was getting a smal movement last season, but seems to be maxed at 1.5mill this season.
