Depends on his other skills aswell... and youre gonna have to train stamina at one point anyways, but the more important thing should be his other skills cause even inept can be good enough to play 30 mins and that takes like 4-5 weeks of training

I notice low stamina players get pulled quicker to the bench and play less minutes which only helps their game shape.

i have a high stamina team, and no probs with GS but i think a big boost in perfomrmance.
